Moisture Removal
Moisture Removal determines the air conditioner’s dehumidifying capability in pints per hour.
4.0–8.0 pints/24 hours
Air Circulation (CFM)
The Air Circulation, or CFM, is the amount of air in one minute that passes a stationary point. This is measured in cubic feet per minute.

Cooling Capacity
Btu, or British Thermal Unit, is the amount of heat that is required in order to increase the temperature of one pound of water by one degree of Fahrenheit. The Btu rating is used to determine air conditioner capacity and match a specific air conditioning model with your heating and cooling needs.

EER
EER, or Energy Efficient Ratio, is the measurement of an air conditioner’s efficiency when the outdoor temperature is 95°. This ratio is determined by dividing the Btu per hour, or cooling capacity, by the amount of power needed to operate the unit (watts). EER’s that are higher are more efficient and cost less to operate.

Installation

Each Hazardgard unit, from our 2011 models to present, can be conveniently installed through a window or wall. If installing through a wall, the wall depth must meet the unit specifications:

A. 27 3/8 inches deep

B. Junction box to louvers is 6 inches deep

C. Maximum thru-the-wall finished hole depth is 6 inches
